Ankle mortise (tibiotalar)
AnatomyArticular structure formed by the fibular notch of the tibia (medial pillar), the fibular malleolus (lateral pillar) and the superior tibial surface (roof). It receives the trochlea of the talus. Assessed in the AP and Mortise ankle projections.
