Pars interarticularis
AnatomyBony portion of the vertebral pedicle between the superior and inferior articular facets. Its fracture (spondylolysis) is seen on the lumbar oblique projection as a fracture of the "Scottie dog's neck". Bilateral spondylolysis can cause spondylolisthesis.
