Sagittal balance
TechnicalSagittal balance of the spine assessed on a full-length lateral projection. It expresses the relationship between global sagittal alignment (plumb line from C7) and pelvic positioning. A positive sagittal balance (trunk leaning forward) is associated with disability and pain.
