Ulnar variance
TechnicalDifference in length between the radius and ulna at the distal radioulnar joint, assessed on a PA projection in the neutral position. Normal values: -2 to +2 mm. Positive ulnar variance (a longer ulna) is associated with TFCC injuries and Kienböck's disease.
